Challenge #119 – Winter or Spring

We are a stamping challenge so we do need to see rubber/acrylic stamping on your project.

To qualify for the winner’s prize we especially need to see that the stamping is the focal point on the project and that the stamping follows the format of the theme.

NO DIGI STAMPS ARE ALLOWED …
but you may use digi downloads for enhancement of your projects … please remember that the main focal point must be STAMPING.

The winner of each challenge will receive a very generous voucher of $20 for Flonz’s Store

Please pop back on Tuesday to see who the winner is for challenge # 118 ‘Anything Goes’ and for the top 3 plus the spotlights on Saturday.

‘Winter or Spring’

Choose to design and make anything you want as long as we see that you have used stamps on your piece.

When you have chosen the path you want to take then come back and show us the results with Mr Linky below.

Carola chose the theme this time round and she starts her solo walk with a rather sweet looking early Christmas card.

Everything about the card really makes you feel cold, such a fabulous looking winter make.

Catwalk Inspiration Time

All the Fashion Stampettes have their own unique distinctive style and they would love it if you popped over to read how they have come up with all these awesome pieces.

How gorgeous does the catwalk look this month, it’s full of makes which are all completely different because that’s just what the Design Team do.

So let’s take that catwalk stroll to see each of their stunning makes starting with Brenda and this fabulous frame.  Spring is definitely just around the corner with this piece.

Today we are showcasing the Saturday Spotlights from the ‘Tis The Season’ Challenge which Dot chose.

It’s Dot here to say a big thank you to each and every one of you for your wonderful entries in the ‘Tis The Season’ challenge.

It was a tough decision (always is) but I’ve come up with the following:

#1 – Rosie
1-rosie

Rosie, you are making me feel cold just looking at this card! You have showed us how effective highlighting different areas can be. Everything on this card is stamped, and I absolutely love that!

#24 – Simone

24-simone

Simone is showing us how using non-traditional colours for Christmas can look absolutely stunning. Again, the main image is the ‘hero’ of this card. I love this image – it’s simply beautiful.

#41 – Nathalie
41-nathalie

Nathalie has created a beautiful card. I love the layers and how they all blend together so effortlessly. The best part is that the stamping is what catches my eye straight away. Great colours. Great layers. Great card!

Once again, thank you to all who took part in this challenge and to the Fashion Stampettes for their hard work and inspiration.
