There has been a few inquiries about whether butterflies count as animals and the answer is yes.
Butterflies (and insects in general!) come under the umbrella of the animal kingdom so we are allowing them in the challenge.
We are a stamping challenge so we do need to see stamping on your project.
To qualify for the winners prize we especially need to see that the stamping is the focal point on the project and that the stamping follows the format of the theme.
No digi stamps are allowed but you may use digi downloads for enhancement of your projects … but the main focal point must be stamping.
Please welcome our sponsor of FSC a fabulous company called Flonzcraft.
The winner of each challenge will receive a very generous voucher for Leo’s Store of $20. Here is a little information about our sponsor:
We are a small family-owned design and craft company from New Zealand, a very small country where all people are great neighbours. We work very hard for our store and work philosophy to reflect that in our company. We are very proud of our products and our main goal is making and selling rubber and clear stamps. We have a unique collection of stamps that you cannot find anywhere else.
Well done and a huge thank you to all who entered our “Weather Forecast ” challenge. Please pop back on Tuesday to see who the winner is and for the top 3 plus the spotlights on Saturday.
Meggymay chose the theme for this fortnight and I am truly sad to tell you that this will be her last make as a DT member for FSC.
It has been a true pleasure to have had Meggymay on the team and we are going to miss her and her inspirational makes dreadfully.
She sent an amazing mail to us and here is a little piece of what she said:
“I have really enjoyed my time with you all at FSC and consider yourself and the girls as an extended family”.
She feels the time has come to cut back and to spread her wings with new things. There are some wonderful adventures in the pipe line for her and even though we will be sad and sorry to see her go we are also very happy and excited for her. We wish her all the luck in the world and can’t wait to see how her exciting future unfolds.
What a stunner she has made for her final piece. Beautiful embossed background with gorgeous animals stamped and coloured to perfection.
Good Luck Meggymay.
“You can judge a man’s true character by the way he treats his fellow animals”
Could be wild or domestic it doesn’t matter as long as we see an animal.
Catwalk Inspiration Time
Inspirational time from the Fashion Stampettes and wow doesn’t the catwalk look gorgeous with all those animals taking over.

So let’s take that catwalk stroll to see each of their animal makes.
We are a stamping challenge so we do need to see stamping on your project especially depicting the theme, also no digi stamps are allowed.
You may use digi downloads for enhancement of your projects … but the main focal point, for the theme, must be stamping.
